- Pilates classes are run as a course, generally following a school term- 6-8 weeks.
- One to one sessions (or one to two if you have a friend also interested) also available.

- Classes are paid up in full prior to commencing each block.
- Classes last one hour and run in consecutive weeks.
- Classes have small groups to allow for more individual tuition.
- Classes are mainly mat work based incorporating small pieces of equipment: resistance bands, ova ball, spikey ball, swiss ball, foam rollers
- All equipment is provided for.
- Please wear comfortable loose clothing that will not restrict movement.
All participants will be asked to complete Registration forms and Health screen questionnaire prior to commencing classes.
Please advise me of any changes in your health status during the course of your Pilates block; e.g pregnancy, new onset of pain.
