I studied Physiotherapy at the University of Ulster, graduating in 2003 After qualifying I completed my junior rotations, treating a diverse range of patient groups. I then chose to specialise in musculoskeletal physiotherapy treating patients with neck and back pain, sporting injuries, post joint replacement patients along with many other orthopaedic conditions. I gained certification with the APPI and regularly incorporate Pilates training into my clinical work. I am registered with the Health Professions Council (HPC) and am a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists (CSP) as well as FITpro. I have also completed my Acupuncture training and I am a member of the AACP (Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists).

Qualified from UUJ 2003 as a chartered physiotherapist. Completed junior rotations, gaining experience in a wide range of areas including musculoskeletal out-patients and paediatrics. In 2007 I chose to specialise in neurological rehabilitation, treating patients with acquired brain and spinal injuries. In 2011 I competed my APPI pilates training including Matwork one, two and three. I also completed my Ante/Post natal training in 2013.
