I have been attending Claires classes for almost 2 years now and the effects have been unbelievable!! My 20 year back problem has improved dramatically and its been a long long time since my stomach was this flat!!
The classes are fast paced and because many of the exercises are offered with 2 or 3 levels of difficulty, they can be as strenuous as you want them to be!! You really do feel that youve had a great work out after every session! The fact that all the classes are delivered by such highly trained girls from medical backgrounds means you know youre always in really safe hands. I really look forward to the class every week!

I have been attending Claire’s Pilates classes for four years and cannot praise the benefits enough. I initially went to help strengthen an existing hip condition but have also noticed a huge improvement in other areas such as my back. Although Pilates is not cardiovascular the movements help strengthen core muscles and I feel the effects of a good workout days later! Claire is an excellent tutor, the classes are fun and enjoyable and she keeps you motivated throughout. She has the ability to cater for all levels of agility, and gives individual instructions during class to make sure each person gets the most from their workout. The classes are a mix of male and female of all age groups and abilities and I look forward to going every week.

Claire O’D’s palates class is great. The exercises help keep the old sports injury’s at bay and ensures the flexibility to maintain that full golf turn. The class can be pretty strenuous but most of all Claire ensures it is relaxing and fun.

I was fortunate enough to attend Claire’s Pilates classes at a time when I was having some injury problems with both my core and my flexibility being the issues. These problems were having a detrimental effect on my football and my ability to train for as hard and as long as I needed to. Claire’s Pilates sessions not only improved my core stability, it also helped me to work on my strength, flexibilty and overall mobility. As a result of this it enabled me to train harder without the risk of injury and ensured that I have been relatively injury free since I started doing Pilates.
